Making the time
If your a busy mom like me with pre school, and sports and all the things around the house, making meals and everything. Finding time to workout some days is beyond a challenge- this is the first thing. Stop 'looking for the time' and make it! Each day you can, try to make a conscious effort to put time into yourself to better your health and feel better for you.
This is also why working out at home is always the best situation for me and makes it easiest with Penn. Today was one of those days when I was trying to fit everything in, and not enough time in the day.
So I decided to put one of Penns shows on in my gym, take down his chair and set him up. I didn't have to worry about driving in the cold or trying to figure out who would watch Penn.
