What gave me the belief in myself was the results

Before I decided I needed to make a change in my life and order the TreadClimber, I would make excuses for all the reasons I 'couldn't do it'

-I didn't have the time

-I didn't know how to

-This is just the way I am

-Nothing worked before so why would it now.

These were things I kept telling myself over and over, limitations I kept putting on myself, like I was stamping failure on my head before I ever even begun. Because that was easier- it is easier to not try sometimes because trying means hard work and sacrifice, and hard work and sacrifice means changing everything I ever thought in my head.

I want to tell you this because starting is scary, and I was scared. I didn't know if it would work, and I didn't know I would love it. I just knew that I had to make a change, I had to make the time and invest in a machine that I thought might be for me.

Truth is, what gave me the belief in myself was the results, and not just on the scale but the results in feeling better about myself. It wasn't a process that changed overnight. I didn't wake up the next day was magically was skinny. I worked hard, I sweated hard and I kept going!

The weight came off, but what really changed is me...because of the results this machine gave me.

I believed in the TreadClimber long before the commercial and everything that happened after that made me love this brand even more! This is a machine that I literally could not be more passionate about. So if you are considering it, but just don't know yet. I want you to take the step to a better you. Invest in yourself, believe in yourself and start.

It truly was one of the best decisions I have ever made and If it can work for me it can work for anyone.

Have a great week
