We have a 30-day return policy, and if your purchase meets eligibility, you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. Failure to follow the return guidelines could result in a partial or declined refund.
Return Eligibility: To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Please contact your nearest Flaman Fitness store to make sure your item(s) are eligible for return. If your item was purchased online, please contact email@example.com. After approval, please ensure that your item is in its original condition and packaging. Any costs incurred to ship the item back is at the customer’s expense.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon delivery, and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you have received the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / Non-returnable Items
We do not accept returns on clearance items or on gift cards.
We do not accept returns or exchanges on items that are worn, altered, or damaged, or on personal goods once they are opened. These items include but are not limited to wrist and knee wraps, sauna belts, headgear, boxing/weightlifting gloves, chalk, sit-up mats, massage devise/rollers, etc.
Normal wear and tear are not considered to be defects. Use of our products in a manner other than that for which they were manufactured also nullifies this warranty.
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember that it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
As a family-owned company, we understand that making a larger purchase can sometimes be both intimidating and frightening. Our showrooms are currently open for you to try out the unit as many times as you need to prior to making the purchase and to talk to our knowledgeable staff. To ensure a clean and safe community, we sanitize all equipment after use to flatten the curve.
