Warranty Policy

Many products come with a manufacturer’s warranty. Please review your product manual, which should contain all the information about the warranty and the phone number to call to request warranty work. Make sure you have your model number, serial number and invoice number from Flaman Fitness on hand when you call.

All manufacturers’ warranty work is done through the manufacturer and not Flaman Fitness. However, if arranged, Flaman Fitness can assist with some warranty labor. There will be a charge to the customer to complete the service if the cost is not covered by the manufacturer.

If you would like Flaman Fitness to take care of all your service or repairs, you have the option to purchase a service plan. Details on our Service Plan are listed below.

FLAMAN FITNESS SERVICE PLAN

Flaman Fitness offers an service plan on many products, and you have the option to purchase the Flaman Fitness Service Plan when you order your product. If you don’t purchase a service plan at the time of your order, you have 30 days from the date of purchase to buy an extended service plan.

All service plans purchased within that 30 days will be subject to an extra $15 processing charge above the cost of the service plan.

We offer the following service plans:

PACKAGE ONE: FLAMAN FITNESS GOLD SERVICE PLAN - $89 PLUS TAXES

Two years coverage from the purchase date for parts, and one year coverage for labor.

This service plan does not include wear items and any abuse of the equipment or product will void the warranty.

PACKAGE TWO: FLAMAN FITNESS DIAMOND SERVICE PLAN - $189 PLUS TAXES

Three years coverage from the purchase date for parts and two years coverage for labor.

This service plan does not include wear items and any abuse of the equipment or product will void the warranty.

PACKAGE THREE: FLAMAN FITNESS PLATINUM SERVICE PLAN - $289 PLUS TAXES

Five years coverage from the purchase date for parts, and three years coverage for labor.

This service plan does not include wear items and any abuse of the equipment or product will void the warranty.
 Along with service coverage, you will also receive a fitness equipment matt. If you purchase a treadmill you will additionally receive a bottle of equipment lubricant.

For all service plan packages, there will be a mileage charge of $1/km both ways if work is to be completed outside of Flaman Fitness’ major service centers (Saskatchewan: Saskatoon, Regina, Prince Albert, Yorkton; Manitoba: Swan River, Winnipeg; Alberta: Calgary, Edmonton, Brooks, Lethbridge, Medicine Hat, Nisku, Red Deer, Wainwright, Wetaskiwin; B.C.: Cranbrook, Kamloops, Kelowna, Langley, Richmond; Ontario: Brantford, Burlington, Woodbridge.)

If you are within those major centers or surrounding area (as determined by Flaman Fitness) there is no charge for a warranty service call. If you wish to bring the equipment or product into a store in one of our major service centers for work, there is also no charge. Flaman Fitness will not be responsible for any shipping costs if you wish to have major equipment shipped for warranty work (please see the section on Defective Items in our Terms of Use for the policy on warranty and shipping for small parts).

WHAT IS NOT COVERED UNDER THE SERVICE PLAN?

The following is not covered under Flaman Fitness Service Plan: normal wear and tear, improper assembly or maintenance, or installation of parts or accessories not originally intended or compatible with the equipment as sold.

Damage or failure due to accident, abuse, corrosion, discoloration of paint or plastic, neglect, theft, vandalism, fire, flood, wind, lightning, freezing, or other natural disasters of any kind, power reduction, fluctuation or failure from whatever cause, unusual atmospheric conditions, collision, introduction of foreign objects into the covered unit, or modifications that are unauthorized or not recommended by Flaman Fitness.

Flaman Fitness is not responsible or liable for indirect, special or consequential damages, economic loss, loss of property, or profits, loss of enjoyment or use, or other consequential damages of whatsoever nature in connection with the purchase, use, repair or maintenance of the product.
