What’s in This Expansion Kit?

• 12 total 5 LB add-on weight plates – enough to add 30 LB to both of the 550 dumbbells in your original NüoBell weight set.
• 4 total cradle expansion bars (2 per each NüoBell) allow you to extend the length of your cradle so you can add the additional weight plates included.

Easy 6-step Conversion

1. Dial each 550 dumbbell to 40 LB Remove the dumbbell from its cradle, leaving two outside plates behind. Remove outside plates separately and set aside.
2. Flip Rack over and remove 8 screws securing 2 existing bars to 4 Plastic uprights. You’ll need the screws and uprights for later.
3. Stand the four plastic uprights in their proper alignment. Thread your new expansion bars through the two holes in your uprights. Flip cradle upside down. Make sure uprights are aligned with screw holes in your expansion bars and drive all 8 screws in until they’re secure.
4. Flip right-side up. Return outside plates with hole as the bottom and flat side facing outward.
5. Slide your new plates inside your two outer plates. Line up interlocking tabs for snug, secure fit.
6. Replace dumbbell in cradle. Make sure tabs are lined up.

In a few minutes, you’ve converted your 550 dumbbells into 580s. Happy lifting!
