The Olympic dumbbell handle bar is 10 lbs. These dumbbell handles offer a cost effective option for a complete set of dumbbells by simply purchasing a set of plate weights to interchange on each handle. Go with these Olympic handles over the spinlock or standard style of you already have olympic plates or are looking to reach a heavier weight for your dumbbell.
