How to clean a treadmill:
- For Daily maintenance

With a damp cloth using hot water and/or anti-bacterial soap - wipe away any sweat, dust, or other foreign material from entire machine

- For Weekly maintenance
- With a damp cloth using hot water and/or anti-bacterial soap - wipe away any sweat, dust, or other foreign material from entire machine
- Vacuum floor area around and under treadmill

For Monthly maintenance
-
Unplug machine
-
Remove motor hood and lightly vacuum and/or dust parts

Check power cord for damage

Make sure handles, pedestals, and other parts are secure, and that screws are tight

Check walk belt tension and alignment. Adjust if necessary. Do not over tighten. See user manual.
