The MD Buddy Suspension Trainer Wall Mount gives you full confidence in using your own weight as resistance. high-quality, high-density, rust proof alloy steel construction, full welds at joints, and sturdy wood stud lag bolts with washers provide a secure, dependable anchor for your workouts.
Safe Installation
Locate a reliable wall stud, overhead stud, or beam in a load-baring wall or ceiling about 7' to 9’ above your floor. Drill pilot holes for your lag bolts then partially tighten your first lag bolt, leaving enough play to line up your second. Tighten your plate fully flush against your wall so it can’t wiggle.
Don’t directly affix you suspension trainer’s carabiner to your wall mount. Instead, avoid metal-on-metal wear and damage by threading your suspension trainer’s anchor strap through the “X” and clipping the carabiner to the strap’s intermediate locking loop. Before you start exercising, give your suspension trainer a test pull to make sure there’s no movement or play.
NOTE:
Installation in brick or cinder-block walls in NOT recommended. However, the mount can be attached to solid concrete walls with the aid of concrete lag shields.

A ceiling-attached mount can also pull extra duty providing solid support for a boxing bag, yoga swing or other types of body-weight resistance training.
