How to Use

Always begin with 1 capsule in a 24 hour period to assess tolerance. Take 1 serving (2 capsules) upon rising and 1 serving mid-afternoon with 250-500mL of water Do not take within 5 hours of sleep. Do not exceed 4 capsules in a 24 hour period. For maximum results combine BLADE® with sensible exercise and proper nutrition.
